Hello, thank you for visiting my website. It is with pleasure that I introduce myself to you. My name is Santiago Carrera. I am a dedicated husband and father of two. Therefore, I understand the priorities of life and the challenges that families face especially when making big decisions such as buying or selling a home.

I am fluent in Spanish: I am afforded the opportunity to offer specialized services to those members of society who may require a language translation. My bilingual status affords me the opportunity to service a vast amount of clients.

It had always been my desire to be a public servant so I tried my hand in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer. I spent several years assisting clients behind the scene however; I was not fulfilled. After working as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry, I realized that deep inside there was a strong desire to personally meet my clients and to walk them step by step through the real estate process. So in 2005, I embarked upon my Real Estate career. It was then that I celebrated the fact that my appetite to fully assist others had come to fruition. Since 2009 I have managed to help many families acquire the American dream of buying a home. Additionally, I have been able to provide support and guidance to those who were interested in selling and/or relocating.

Today, I remain dedicated to the Real Estate industry. My broad experience with the lending industry helps me to better understand my clients' financial goals when it is time to buy or sell a home.
